HANSUNG installed and began to operate its business-affiliated research center on October 31st, 2013, with acknowledgment from Korea Industrial Technology Association to conduct R&D on eco-friendly printing techniques including waterless printing. However, recognizing that design will be more important than general technology in the future and that design development is our only path for survival, we changed the research center into a design research center as of October 6th, 2016. The chief of the research center, as well as 2 expert staff members, are striving to uphold the merits of sound design R&D with the goal of developing high-quality package design, new paperware structure, and Korean-style design.
